Season Awards

Driver of the Season: The Stewards of the league have decided that Vapor_Knuth is the Driver of the Season. There was really no other contenders he dominated the season, getting 6 wins in 10 races with another 2 podiums as well finishing in the points in every race. Also having 5 pole positions and 3 fastest lap awards and 3 DOTD awards. His team Red Bull only lost the constructors in the final race as well after Mercedes scored a 1-2. So overall Knuth had an amazing season and looks favourite to win back to back titles.

Constructor of the Season: Mercedes have been awarded the award after Vapor_Trenchh and Tdb8833 both did super in the season. They won the Championship in the final race after a great 1-2 scoring 242 points in the season. Having had 2 wins, 8 more podiums as well with 1 fastest lap and 2 pole positions and a front row lock out in Round 10. Tdb8833 and Vapor_Trenchh both had strong seasons and deserve the award it will be interesting now in Season 6 seeing them race against each other.

Most Improved Driver of the Season: JPrentice678 wins this award as he has improved so much still season 4. He scored 52 points in season 4 and only 47 points in Season 5 but in Season 4 he had 4 DNFs and 1 podium and it was a 12 round season were as in Season 5 what was a 10 round season he only DNF 2 times and DNS once, getting another podium and finishing 5th twice. I believe if he had 2 more rounds he would of beaten his tally from Season 4. Well Done to JP on the award. 

Rookie of the Season: Vapor_Knuth wins this award as well. He was a rookie coming into the league no one knew him and he came and won everything apart from the constructors he totally deserves this award as well. 

Best Under the Radar of the Season: BazokaJo was the driver no one spoke about he didn't get involved incidents really and just did his race. He started every race in the season and finished every single one only him and Vapor_Knuth did that. He scored in 8 of the 10 rounds also scoring 1 podium in Belgium round 8, having a tally of 64 points at the end of the season and if he continues like this into next season and his team mate scores good points his team could challenge for the constructors and he could try himself into a top 5 driver.  

Commentators Driver of the Season: Our commentator Rob @Kershaw16rob has decided that his driver of the season is Vapor_Knuth. Rob said this about the WDC in Season 5, " He was exceptional. His pace was imperious at times. He's a  winning machine and a fully deserving champion."
